Urednost i osoblje je bilo gostoprimljivo i brzo smo obavili sve formalnosti.

Alles topp!

Clean, fast WiFi, quiet, great food

The biggest issue was that the curtains were too small for the windows, leaving the space about 1.5 x 7 feet open to outside light. The result was that the street light shined in our faces all night, making sleep uncomfortable. We took a towel and blocked some of the light, but the towel wasn’t large enough for the floor-to-ceiling doors. Secondly, we didn’t get the room we believed we were booking; the photos of the deluxe with balcony didn’t match our room at all. Minor issues. We found the worker outwardly rude, rolling her eyes at what she believed we were saying (zero English spoken by staff, but even when my girlfriend spoke Serbian, directions and requests were misunderstood). No slippers in the room. No shampoo / shower soap (although when we asked, one travel / sample-sized bottle was brought up).
