Really enjoyed my stay at ValStar Hotel Canggu! The atmosphere is super chill and relaxing, and the whole place has such a nice vibe. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Loved the location as well. Everything so comfortable and easygoing. Would definitely stay here again!

Bright rooms
Breakfast box was terrible- dry bread and pastries- they also forgot even though I ordered it twice

It’s relatively nice and in a decent location. Staff were lovely and very helpful as well
It wasn’t the cleanest. I initially booked the cheapest room but had to upgrade to their most premium one as the cheaper room was stuffy, smelt a bit funny, flies were flying around the room and there was hair everywhere from the previous guest. The upgraded room was cleaner and bigger which was good, but I think I may have gotten bed bugs from my stay. There was lots of dirt / debris on the floor in the hallway as well
