Sarath Kumar, the caretaker was smiling young man who was ready to help us with our requests from arranging food or giving directions. The property is a simple one but its located at a 2min walk from the sea. Grocery shops and a few eating joints were at a 5-7min walking distance from the villa.
Nothing is particular. Maybe the approach lanes are narrow so may be a bit difficult to enter with any large vehicle. They also have limited parking for about five 2-wheelers. Couple of cars can be parked just outside the Beach Villa in the lane next to the property. The beach is okay-not too dirty, not too clean.
