Central location and a stones throw from the Train station - Newcastle was ace!

Good location
1. Extremely hot and noisy.
2. Very small, couldn’t open the suitcase
3. You have to boost the hot water every day, the staff did not tell us beforehand. We had several cold showers
4. Big amounts of cleaning fee, which was not communicated beforehand
5. Staff not very responsive. If you send messages before 9 or after 18, they don’t answer.
6. Communication issues. When I ask several questions, the staff would only answer one of them, which made the communication a bit difficult.
