Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and our son’s family rented the property Ahoy Point Turton for a long weekend get together.We were extremely happy with the layout and rooms in the house. We were also really happy with extra equipment provided in the shack (ie coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster, pool table, darts - just to name a few).The front deck and bbq area are great for large group get togethers and the view from there is terrific.The property is as described.The only small negative is that the “older” part of the shack is a little tired and run down - some of the fly screens are broken, the windows are hard to open and the second bathroom has some rust and wear and tear problems.

The location was spectacular and the front deck was a great place to unwind and enjoy the view. Very close to the jetty and the local pub for a meal. The house was a great size for large groups and the beds were comfortable. We had taken some family DVDs along to reminisce as a family, but unfortunately the DVD player was not working. Overall, we would stay again because of the size of the house and the fantastic views and location.

It was well equipped however looks like some maintenance on deck (hole) and pool table cues were terrible and had no tips. So i bought glue and glued on some that were sitting on shelf. Triangle for balls stuck together with a bandaid.. so i fixed also. Bathrooms and floors and all windows quite unclean. Sliding doors covered in finger prints and smudges etc. Overall it was nice and roomy and good location. Just needs some love
