Had one very minor issue accessing the property, but the property manager came over immediately and changed the battery on the locks. Complete aside, but the property manager might be the nicest and sweetest person I’ve ever met! The property was clean and extremely well cared for. If you want to stay in the Broad Ripple area of Indy, you can’t do any better. Beautiful, well-appointed house in a great location…what more could you ask for?

Home was clean and worked well for a long weekend with our son, dil and grandkids. Close to dining and recreation. We loved our stay here!

This house was amazing! Our family has an amazing time together celebrating our daughters graduation from Butler University! I highly recommend it! Great location!

The house was nice, but the refrigerator didn’t work. When we called about they worked to resolve the matter, but the refrigerator still did not keep items cold. They did reimburse us some money, but to not have a way to keep food items cold made it very inconvenient.
