Very comfortable flat, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. Calm area, no noise from the streets. Within easy walking distance from the university and from the city centre.
Bed was not the greatest (noisy if one moves). As I arrived, the frozen section of the fridge was dripping (massive accumulated ice - I guess left by previous people in the room). I exchanged with owners who recommended mopping, and putting a towel in the fridge. I did that (though one could wonder whether it was my task...), but nobody came to collect the soaking wet towel while I was there (4 days).
This is one of a number of flats on the upper floor of a house - some of the others were a little bit noisy at times.

"Easy to acess, very good describtion. The parking is really good. The very small studio is well ‘organized’. Nice big bathsroom.
The bed …. hm… it’s not suitable for more than 60kg woman, 78 kg man…...."
