Very cute, quiet neighborhood, away form the main road traffic noise but still easy to get to. Close to Colorado College and downtown. Private patio to drink morning coffee in the sun (with gas fireplace!). Coffee shop within walking distance. Very clean. Super nice, responsive hosts. Lots of space for parking. We will definitely come back!

There was literally no way to improve this experience. It was exactly what we needed.

I travel alot and stay at numerous hotels and Airbnb throughout the year. My travels take me also to Europe. This Airbnb is in the top 3 in my book. Clean, comfortable, great value and the communication with the owner was outstanding. I recieved updates and tips on places to see and things to do on a daily base. Very curtious and professional. The place was beautifully decorated and it contained everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location was also great. Very quiet neighborhood and central to many attractions. Enjoyed the fireplace on the patio every night. Washer and Dryer was nice to have , so we don't have to haul dirty laundry back home. Well worth staying there if you are in Colorado Springs,CO We stayed for 6 days.

Can't think of a single thing we did not like.

Super nice, quiet, and comfortable.

That i had to leave, lol.

The space was good. Quiet and clean.

Air and heat not working properly as well as the shower pressure and heat wasn’t good.
