We had everything we needed, and it was comfortable. The location was great. The contact with the owner and the management team was on point.

We loved the tiny house - the furnishings were perfect for the space and fit our family of five and senior dog nicely. We were delighted to meet the goats who live next door and kept coming under the fence to visit. It is also really easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak access points and so many other wonderful outdoor spots.

We struggled with the combo washing machine/dryer and couldn't get it to wash clothes. The internet connection wasn't super reliant, either. Not dealbreakers but frustrating.

My stay was nothing short of amazing! I wanted the true nature experience, and I got that plus so much more. My host was wonderful, and I absolutely loved the tiny home. I’ll definitely be back again very soon! If you’re planning to hike the Manitou Incline, I highly recommend staying at this lovely location, it’s super close and very convenient! 🏔️☺️

Very cute and clean tiny house. Well decorated and comfortable. Nice property and facilities. A nice environment to stay in, quiet and quaint, the feeling of a hobby farm. Very pretty landscaping work. Eclectic. We were only there for a short night passing through, but I can imagine staying there for longer would be enjoyable. I would stay again if I were in the area. It was close to all the places we wanted to see in our short visit.

Need to get a new property management group. Renjoy was terrible. The checkin process was invasive and clunky. We did arrive pretty late (close to midnight) and after a short delay they were fairly responsive to us, but our check in needed additional verification that wasn't done before we got there so we had to wait while that was done not knowing if someone would respond and if it would go through and if we had a place to stay that night. There is also a hidden $300 refundable charge for a security deposit that should be made more apparent up front, although it was refunded fairly quickly after checkout. Trying to find the place was difficult in the dark, kept driving circles through a small mobile home park until we decided to stop using Google GPS and just followed the booking.com map. Entrance wasn't marked very clearly and at the entrance there were a lot of trucks that looked like they were in different states of being repaired or scrapped which kinda made it look like an auto shop rather than a place to stay. The stay was frustrating at the beginning, but once in the tiny house it was relaxing and enjoyable. Shower needs a better curtain. It doesn't go all the way to the floor and as a result the laminate flooring is all bubbled up from the water coming out of the shower over time.
