L’emplacement, l’ameublement, la vue, la tranquillité
Le dortoir et le manque de rangement des affaires pour tous les occupants. Une seule sale de bain pour 8 personnes.

Un magnifique buron dans un lieu merveilleux, déconnexion et découverte ! L’hôte est agréable
Mes remarques veulent juste aider à s’améliorer mais attention à la propreté, des objets oubliés sous les meubles, des miettes de pain dans la cuisine des personnes avant nous, certains matelas sont vieux, les câbles de sécurité aux escaliers défaillants (un manquant et un non tendu), beaucoup de choses traînent un peu partout (un cintre de magasin, un élastique, deux pinces à linge…), lampe cassée dans la SDB… pour le prix de la nuit il serait bien de faire un bon tri, ménage et réparation

Un Buron magnifique en plein coeur du plateau avec pour seules voisines la nature et les vaches.
Le lieu était très propre et bien équipé.
L'hôte a été très gentille et réactive.
Nous reviendrons !
Si nous devions formuler une petite remarque, il manquerait des placards pour ranger les vêtements. Sur un séjour d'une semaine cela nous a manqué.

I knew a little about the Aubrac plateau before staying, but gosh what a place. You’re in a small but monumental granite building, down a rough track, surrounded by boulder-strewn grassland and Aubrac cattle with nothing to break the silence but cowbells and crickets, and the sound of the wind. For a visiting Brit it’s like being in a highland croft dropped into the middle of Dartmoor (after a few more decades of climate change). Haunting. There’s even a little tor, looking out over the basin below like your own Pride Rock. And at night, the starry sky.
It’s probably worth mentioning, especially for foreign visitors, that there are some “field trip” aspects to the accommodation. The sleeping is dormitory-style, all the beds in one upstairs room. Bedding costs €12 extra per adult, and they don’t provide towels - luckily we had a couple of beach towels with us. That’s what held this back from a 10. But honestly, for the location and the cuteness of the house, it’s worth it.
