A wonderful and surprisingly spacious house. The grounds and driveway look a little rustic on arrival, but don't let that put you off – once inside, the house is fantastic. As from the outside you might not immediately expect what you find inside, but the house is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. There are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms including an en-suite, a huge TV, good Wi-Fi, a games room and plenty of space for the whole family. Outside there are two terraces, a large garden with a hammock, a lovely jacuzzi and a very spacious, clean and well-maintained above-ground swimming pool. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evening when the temperature cooled down. Cristiana, the property manager, gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful when our arrival was delayed. The house is also an excellent base for exploring the area: the coast is only about 20 minutes away, with plenty of beautiful towns and villages within easy reach. The house has a cat for which food is provided. The kids loved it.
Nothing that negatively affected our stay. One important tip for arriving: make sure you follow Cristiana's directions rather than relying blindly on Google Maps or your car navigation. The house is reached via a long driveway and navigation can send you completely the wrong way. Cristiana's instructions are clear and will take you straight there.
The stairs to the pool really needed replacement.
