We spent ten idyllic days in this beautiful dammuso, renovated with great elegance and taste, and surrounded by a truly exceptional garden in a wonderfully peaceful setting. The views are magnificent. At night, you can see the lights of the Tunisian coast and enjoy an incredible star-filled sky. There are also some beautiful hikes starting directly from the dammuso, through the stunning Monastero Valley and into the mountains. The dammuso is extremely well equipped, with a thoughtful selection of supplies provided for guests (not to mention the delicious figs from the garden!), and the bedding is very comfortable. The outdoor shower is fantastic, and the addition of a small lounge area, newly created this year, is a real bonus. And, of course, the small swimming pool is a wonderful feature. We received constant and thoughtful attention from the people managing the dammuso, as well as excellent advice and invaluable logistical help on the day of our departure, when our ferry was delayed by several hours. In short, a little piece of paradise that we would recommend 100%!

Good facilities and nice views

Very unpleasant owners. First, when I reported that that the wifi is not stable in the living room, they just messaged me to not try to use it in the bathroom! At check-out, after allowing me to stay until 13:30 in the pool area after vacating the room at 11:00, they charged me 60 euros to use the kitchen (a separate building) to change and have a bite for 20 mins before leaving at 13:30 for the airport as I said I would. NOT hospitable at all. The lady who came at 13:00 didn't even start cleaning the bedroom/living which had been vacated since 11am, she just closed it and wanted to close the kitchen too.
