Both bedrooms have a door that can close for privacy, and the bathroom is large enough to accommodate two people at the same time. The water pressure is great, and the water heater holds out for a nice comfortable shower. We include basic dishes, and linens for the queen bed in the master bedroom, but recommend you bring sleeping bags or linens for the bunkhouse, which has one queen size bed on the floor that converts to a couch, and two overhead bunks. In the storage compartment you'll find a propane grill with some propane, as well as a few camping chairs. You're free to use the cooking utensils, just be sure and clean up after your stay.
