Very affordable and clean. Very quiet.
We found it very damp- you could feel moisture in the floor and the bathroom door wouldn’t close right as it was swollen. A dehumidifier would be very beneficial.

well equipped studio in a basement which is not for someone with mobility problems
that the key codes where sent out at 10.00 of that day which as international travellers we could not pick up. they should be available 24 hours before check in time to allow adequate pickup and time to relate any problems
