Great service from the owner, only 2 rooms occupied, but could still hear noise. Owner cooks egg when you arrive for breakfast,so still hot😀
Check when the travelling market is on, I’m told it’s 6, 16, 26 every month….if you want to lie in do t stay the night before. Market starts with loud speakers at 7 am!

Good breakfast . Nice small swimming pool . Only 5-10 minutes walk from the river and walking street but quiet. Free bicycle was a bonus( but only 1 usable) . My partner was able to rent one nearby and it is a very nice ride by the riverside to I Kaen Kut Khu .
The property is only one year old so everything is very new but construction is pretty flimsy- might get noise from adjacent unit if occupied . We were only ones there so no problem and we had the pool all to ourselves
The room was very small. I think they have other rooms that are a bit bigger
