Great location, 2 minute walk from facilities and 15 mins walk to the beach. Near all the local areas, 5 mins from Filey, 15 mins from Bridlington and 25 mins from Scarborough so always lots to do.
Not the fault of the host but the bar and cafe opening times changed the day we got there and cafe didn’t open at all. Nowhere for coffee or breakfast in a morning.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice layout. Quiet area and no trouble parking.
Good amenities on site. Whole site was very well kept. Would definitely stay again.
No washing up liquid, no hand soap in ensuite and no washing powder/liquid for washing machine. I might sound picky, but always had this in other properties.
