Nice and big house with 4 bedrooms, 2 batchrooms and huge living room. Bedrooms with double and single beds so very convinient to stay with 2 families and with kids. Huge garden with a lot of space and parking area for cars. Convenient and very silent location. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary devices and dishes.
Very good value for money and place is recommended to stay if you want to visit Rouan, Etretat and area around,
One watchout is that 2 bedrooms on 1st floor are located under the roof. So in summer it might be very hot as they don't have air conditioning (we were in April and it was still OK).
