The staff in the hotel were efficient and friendly. Food in the pub was excellant if a little repetative. Breakfast excellent. Bedroom spacious. Room service very good. Very clean.
Shower ceiling was water damaged and smelt quite damp. No extractor in bathroom. Steps to the room were quite steep. Bedroom had no comfy chair to sit in. Minor point.

Reasonable standard but preferred more options like beans on toast, egg on toast etc. Fried breakfast too much each day.
The lights alongside bed did not operate. Would have preferred more selection for brakfast plus option of earlier start than 8am

The location was excellent, the pub was clean and had a friendly vibe. Room was large and spacious and had all the expected amenities. Breakfast was included, which was nice and wasn’t too crowded.
It seems a bit odd to be bothered about it, but the sink in the bathroom is tiny, really hard to wash properly and even cleaning our teeth was hard - it’s only a small thing but it makes a big difference when you’re using it for rinsing cups, filling bottles with water and shaving/cleaning your face.
Also, the shower was underwhelming, and supplied shampoo and body wash were very watered down.

Good location in the centre of Sheringham.
Uncomfortable pillows. A noisy fan outside on of our rooms on all night. A poor check-in/payment process.
