Great location a short walk from Uffizi but in more residential area. Bed very comfortable. Nice balcony facing a quiet courtyard
Not suitable for people with mobility issues- up 2 flights of stone stairs (no lift) and narrow steps to mezzanine bedroom
Bathroom very small - fine for me but wouldn't suit someone very tall or wide

Well located and walking distance to most tourist sites and the river
The apartment is very small and the couch in the living area definitely needs replacing

We loved this little apartment. It felt like being a local during our stay in Florence. Marco checked us in in-person, handed over the keys and explained how everything worked. He also gave us some excellent local restaurant recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was close to all of the main sights. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Thank you Marco and Francesca.
We loved everything. A couple of notes for others: there are stairs up to the apartment (Marco carried my bag up and I carried it back down). There are also stairs to the mezzanine bedroom. Neither were an issue for us but something to be aware of when booking. The bathroom is compact. Again this wasn’t an issue for us and we loved the period features but if you are very tall or large it might be more of an issue.
