The Novello by Hotel Evergreen Mussoorie
Spacious, clean rooms with cozy beds and great views. The food is fresh and flavorful, with good options for both kids and adults. Loved the service!

The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Mall Road, making it very convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained with a cozy atmosphere.
The approach road can be a bit steep/narrow (common in Mussoorie), and the room service was a little slow during peak hours.

Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was satisfactory. The valley view from our room was amazing!
We had booked 2 rooms. One was good in terms of decor and cleanliness. However our sons room was not upto the mark as it had a damp residue on the ceiling at some corners closer to the window which had a damp musty odour. The hotel management needs to improve in this area as breathing damp mould is a health hazard.

Hotel is in good place, mall road is in walking distance. Good View seen from terrace.
Hotel room was in actually different from photo seen. Washroom is very small in size. TV wifi was not available, staff may be some more helpful and active. It was costly as per facility.
