Communication was great throughout the booking and stay. Made it very easy for checking in and checking out. Instructions for checkout and for amenities (Wifi, pool pass, etc) were very clear. Location was great for every day activities, getting back for kids naps, and being close enough to everything we wanted to do when we go to Rehoboth.
Not the owner's fault, but there were smokers in the building and you could smell it on the deck anytime you went outside.

Kitchen was well-stocked with staples and cookware. The rooms were bright, roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch is lovely and we loved taking advantage of the pool! The outlets are close and there are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. The sidewalks are smooth and extra wide, perfect for riding bike! The owners were helpful and very responsive!
Having a broom and dust pan would be great to help with crumb and sand control throughout the stay.

It was very convenient. And had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet and owner was very responsive. Our daughter loved the pool. You are close enough to the beach and attractions but secluded enough that you’re not overwhelmed.
Nothing.

This place was clean, quiet, and safe. Just a quick drive to the beach. The owner was a sweetheart, very accommodating and communicative. We had a blast!
