The Onnenkoski / Lampinkoski hiking trail is just a stone's throw away from the destination. Lampinkoski lean-to shelter is located on the other side of the highway. Walk a short distance on Råforssin metsätie road until you will see a sign for the lean-to shelter. The rocky hill is only a few hundred meters from the parking area, but you can also hike from here to Poikeljärvi and back, making the total length of the trail about 10 km. The lean-to shelter is about half a kilometer from Onnenkoski café, and if you continue the hiking trail in that direction, you will arrive at Pahamäki, approx. 5 km away. For more details, you can check the Ahlainen hiking trail map.
