The host was very easy to communicate with. We had some miscommunication about our check in time but we were able to get our keys quite quickly once we get in touch with the host.
The location is amazing, right in the heart of Florence with the train station nearby, shops, cafes and many historical landmarks.
This place has all you need for a short stay. We were glad to be able to do washing.
This wasn't a problem for us but the bed is location on the mezzanine level. The spiral staircase is quite steep so I wouldn't recommend for someone who has trouble walking up/down stairs.
