We had a great stay at this villa and having 3 spacious bedrooms is an absolute plus! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and communication via WhatsApp was super easy. Location is great for restaurants, shopping and that the coffee shop/bar "Revolver" was basically next door which is very convenient.
All good with the accommodation. Our neighbours played loud music at night combined with some dogs arguing loudly (aka barking) - but this is something to expect when staying in Seminyak ;)

Perfect location and easy access to transport. Host was very responsible, almost instantaneously and try to resolve any issues with the lodging. They also make good suggestions on the things to do
The water pressure system needs to be reset/ turned on quite frequently. But all is good as the host is responsive and bring down maintenance guy down quickly

Nice & clean, close to great restaurants & markets…walking distance to beach .

Property was close by to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy beds
The property needs some maintenance, sink, pans, plates cups and cutlery are a bit old and stained. Probably need replacing. TV had a big stripe through the screen and the bathroom fixings were rusty and full of limescale. Bit of noise in the mornings from the building works around.
