The Shipyard plantation is absolutely beautiful, and the unit we rented is super cute. It is feet away from the pool, and about a .4 mile walk to the beach (we drove though due to the chairs and umbrella we were carting). Close to restaurants and shopping. Loved it.
The only nuances is that both the dryer, washer and dishwasher are super loud when turned on. The dryer is no longer working properly since we needed to use it three times per load, and the dishwasher is in need of an upgrade.
