Good facilities & easy to use. Well equipped. I enjoyed the space.

The check in process was very complicated - many pages of documentation to read & agree to. First time I’ve dealt with something so complicated in accommodation bookings in Italy. When travelling that’s just too much!!! I will avoid booking it again simply because of that. ALSO - so many different communication methods - WhatsApp, email & via Booking.com. And the address for the property sent via one method (& unfortunately the one I relied on to get to the place) was WRONG & I ended up having to pay €20 for a taxi to get there & then it was wrong & I had to drag my luggage to another location which was 1.5km away (again - not that far but it’s a long way in an unfamiliar city with luggage you have to drag along cobblestone streets.) So that made for a really difficult arrival. The listing says no steps - but there are steps once inside the property - this MUST be made clear on the listing. If I’d booked the place for the ‘no steps’ I’d have been in real trouble.

very clean, well positioned and with all the facility, we recommend this location.

Aproape de cetate. Curățenia Patul confortabil; Baia mare si utilata cu sapun si gel de dus.

Pernele -unele, 2 - cam tari; Cafeaua ; Avertizarile - prea multe ! - daca patezi, platesti, daca strici, platesti, daca degradezi, platesti

Pros: location is great; property is on the ground floor so there are no flights of steps (which is nice for luggage); the space is large & quiet; key pickup is done via a lockbox so you can arrive whenever suits you.

Cons: The air conditioner worked, but not very well - it kept us somewhat comfortable but we would have preferred it to be cooler; the pre-check in paperwork felt long and annoying (though it may be required in the area);
