The appartment looks in realty better than in the fotos. The host was very helpfull by booking and arrange the payment of the underground garrage. Appartment is quiet, no noise from the street or neighbours

Excellent location. All public transportation and shops are very close (just a 5-minute walk). The street is quiet. Pierre is a very thoughtful host and left us lots of different gifts. He even provided eclipse glasses for everyone so we could watch the solar eclipse :)
The air conditioners are noisy. The one on the top level wasn't vented to the outside at all. But that's typical for indoor air conditioners, and split systems probably shouldn't be installed here. It wasn't a big deal, though, even though the daytime temperature was 38°C, it was cool at night with the window open.
The staircase is very steep. We had no problems with it, but it might be difficult for some people.

Spacious
little bit problematic for the old age people being 4th floor.

Great flat, amazing location and cute neighborhood. Got also some croissants, tea and coffee for the morning.
A bit dusty and not always super clean everywhere but the great flat made up for it.
