Beautiful new studio on the water
Questo appartamento si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio New Bern. Puoi raggiungere Northwest Creek Marina passeggiando comodamente per 7 minuti, ma se camminare ti annoia, puoi sempre prendere l'auto e raggiungere in 26 minuti New Bern Riverfront Convention Center.
Tra i tanti confort di questa sistemazione, ricordiamo un’area soggiorno e l'aria condizionata. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e carta igienica sono tra le dotazioni di questa casa vacanza. It is an absolute delight to find a comfy king size bed in a VRBO! This cozy place had everything we needed for a short stay. They have thought of everything! We found it very clean and the communication with the owner was excellent. The ac unit is loud but it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again when visiting NewBern.

Overall the place was nice. However, a couple of issues need to be addressed. the first and most important was the water. It smells like sulfur. The water actually stinks coming out of the shower and faucet. And NO water pressure in the shower. The other issue is that the screen door was NEVER on the tracks to open the balcony door, so we just left it where it was. The "waterfront" view....is nothing more than over looking an over flow catch pond next to the unit building parking lot. That to me is misleading. The area is a little sketchy as far as appearances go and parking lot lighting. It was a nice stay but unfortunately we probably would not go back.
