Clean.
Room cleaning was poor. Beds not neatly made and no clean glasses provided. In room amenities were sparse.

Beautiful hotel with luxurious amenities. Great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Comfortable beds. We were greeted each time we entered the building, provided us with umbrellas on the rainy days and went out of their way to make sure we felt special.
Location and decor and water options.

Located in a great walkable district. It’s convenient that there is a restaurant in the hotel.
