STAY AWAY
Things were as expected until laying on the bed. The bed is not sleep to fit. The springs protrude from the mattress - it is impossible to sleep on this bed and I had to leave the first day.
I did some research and found this previous listing for this exact same property that the host delisted because it had bad reviews for the bed and toilet for over a year:

I filed a complaint with booking.com which they are still investigating, and I disputed the credit card charge with my bank for a full refund for false advertisement.
