Location! Better than this is hard to find! Newly renovated.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
The shower drain functions poorly, causing water to collect so you end up standing in dirty water while showering.
The living room smells of cigarette smoke because furniture from smoking apartment has been used there.
The bed has only a protective mattress cover without a proper mattress protector, making it feel as though you are sleeping on a plastic sheet.
The washing machine is excellent, but there isn't even a basic foldable drying rack for drying clothes.

It was comfortable and quiet place and everything necessary was available.
The parking in the yard was tight, but there was more space available across the street.
