It's a very comfortable apartment for 2!
The kitchen is new and it was perfect for cooking some of the meals, as the food in Budapest is really expensive and overpriced.
The area is very convenient, next to the mall!
There is a smell from the bathroom, but I think this is a general problem in the city.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du propriétaire et sa volonté d’aider de son.mieux.
Très bien mais un’peu.petit pour des personnes d’un certain âge

We liked the appartment itself, the equipment, the style and the quiet location which is close to everything, including a metro station. The communication with the owner was perfect, we got all the information in time and in a very understandable way.
We didn't like the horrible smell that hits you right in the face when you enter the building, it's caused by the trashcans being inside the building. The drain in the bathroom also smelled horribly, I thought people in the reviews were overreacting, but no, it was actually really bad.

Great location, very convenient to get anywhere. Peter is very responsive and always helpful whenever I have questions.
The window faces the outside hallway, so I didn’t feel like I had much privacy. I had to choose between opening the window for fresh air and keeping my privacy.
The air conditioning works well, but since the bed is on the upper level, most of the cool air stays downstairs. As a result, it was often quite warm when we were sleeping.
The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which I believe was coming from the drain or plumbing.
