They have charged us 700 AED extra while processing the booking. We came to know later after checking the bank statement after a month. We contacted booking.com, they took all the proofs and said to wait, relevant team will contact you soon. We are waiting since two months now there is no update and our chat history also deleted.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment on the 38th floor in the Act Two building in Downtown as a family. The location is absolutely exceptional, with a perfect view of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the fountains. The view is absolutely breathtaking – especially at night with the skyline lights and the fountain shows. Waking up to that panorama every morning was truly special for all of us. The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the space feel bright and spacious, and they really maximize the incredible Downtown view. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept very well during our stay. The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, restaurants, supermarkets), which made it very convenient for us as a family. The check-in process was smooth and professional. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place, especially for families.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Dubai Mall. The manager was helpful, but unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing

The apartment itself was a major disappointment. The air conditioning did not work properly, and we spent the nights in an uncomfortably hot environment. The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and had an uncomfortable, worn-out sofa. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the maintenance staff. They claimed to have fixed the air conditioning, but the problem clearly went beyond what they were willing to acknowledge. I felt they were not taking the issue seriously and were treating me as if I did not understand the situation.
