The villa is wonderful, very comfortable and has a very good price for what it offers. The reality is much better than the pictures, especially the pool and the view. You have everything you need and more (including books, boardgames, billiard table, fitness equipment). The beds are incredibly comfortable. There are 2 very good tavernas at walking distance and at least 4 great beaches at 8-10 min drive.

The livingroom definitely needs air conditioning, there is only at the ground floor, where the bedrooms are. There are some ventilators, but during daytime in August it gets too hot.

We loved our stay at villa Jazmin, the villa seemed much bigger than the pictures showed and the new pool was a real bonus

Nothing is was perfect and only 100 meters walk to a brilliant restaurant

We loved everything about Villa Jazmin. The house was immaculate and comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 5. The pool is fabulous, it is much bigger than we expected and looked to be upgraded compared to the photos. It was well cleaned and looked after whilst we were there. The views from the house are amazing and we loved the large terrace upstairs. There are lots of amenities in the house such as gym equipment, washing machine, bikes and plenty of necessities in the kitchen which added to our stay. The location is great, very short drive to lots of different beaches and traditional Greek villages. Finally, the communication received from Nicole prior to our arrival was comprehensive and really useful and Sylvia was on hand whilst we were there for any questions we had. We would love to return!

The upstairs living area doesn’t have air-con and the first few days were incredibly hot up there due to high temperatures and less wind, but when there was more wind it was fine with the doors open.
