Spacious, great view of the city, friendly neighbourhood e.g., coffee shops and grocery.
Very comfy beds and fantastic bathroom facilities.

The penthouse suite was exactly as the images showed. Plenty of space amazing view. Temperatures great and interior is luxurious.
The exterior is not very welcoming there's lots of graffiti but that is outside of the control.
Elevator up is also very cramped but that is also normal in Athens.
Some elements of the house are old but still nice.
