The studio is modern, clean, new, elegant, and very efficient. The host equipped it with everything that a guest might need. My luggage was delayed and I found everything I needed in the stidio till it arrived. There is a Chinese store downstairs for electronics if one might need, in case of delayed luggage or forgotten items.
There were complementary drinks and wine, plus excellent coffee.
The location was the best for me. Close to everything I needed to visit, plus there is a beautiful park nearby.
The building has many layers of security enforcement. The studio feels very safe too.

This brand new apartment was a joy. Plenty of space and comfort. For those with a car it is perfect. Underground car park kept the car happy for 2 days. As the complex is new everything works perfectly. Number 6 bus connects right to town for next to nothing. 30 odd minute walk if you desire. Staff support for self checkin was flawless. Around the corner is Trattoria Internazionale which was terrific.
The size of the bed was disappointing as you both had to get out of the one side. It was comfortable but not for your larger or taller person I suspect.
