This was our 3rd stay here and it continues to be a convenient, comfortable and cost-effective spot for exploring Bangkok! The rooms are large and have everything we might need; it's great to have a big fridge so we can go down the street to the super close 7-11 and stock up on snacks and drinks. We love that it's so close to so many great food options, easy access to public transportation as well as the Silom party spots. The partially covered rooftop is such a treat and perfect for when you want to go up and bask in the sun, or hide out from the rain, or catch a cool breeze. And we always meet so many cool people from around the world when we're hanging out up there. Garry and Paul regularly check-in on us to make sure everything is OK and they are so easy to reach by WhatsApp chat. They've also got great local recommendations.

Nice big rooms and a comfortable bed.

It seemed most of the doors on my floor(including mine) were a bit sticky in the frame and that meant you made quite a lot of noise just closing your door?

Everything was great. From the easy self check-in and out to the great communication with the hosts to the clean and comfortable room. The location was great if you enjoy that area and it was still quiet, despite being close to all the action. The rooftop terrace is definitely a great addition. I would definitely stay here again thank you for everything.
