We had such a great stay at Duddon Villa. The house was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we could possibly have needed. The children loved the garden with the rope swing and huge box of outdoor toys. We all enjoyed the hot tub and loved using the proper charcoal BBQ. We had amazing weather so perhaps didn't make the most of the games room on this occasion, but had we been indoors more we certainly wouldn't have been bored. There were loads of books, puzzles and games to suit all ages alongside the billiard table and dart board. We had use of Sky TV and there was also a Wii and karaoke machine. Everything was clean and the property was clearly well cared for. Jenny was an excellent host who ensured we had everything we needed and gave great advice about local outings. We particularly enjoyed our trips to Muncaster Castle, the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway and Coniston Water in particular.

There was a bit of noise from nearby industry, although this would have been a lot less noticeable if we hadn't been outdoors and needing the windows open most of the time! (Probably a fairly rare occurrence in the Lakes!)

Property had every single amenity you could possibly need
