EVERYTHING!! One of the nicest places l have stayed. Karen and Andy have every reason to be proud of their rental. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

No complaints!

We were pleasantly surprised with our recent stay in Boyne City! The location was perfect and the home contained every amenity we could have hoped for! Well stocked kitchen is perfect for extended stays. The property also had kayaks, bicycles, a BBQ grill and a firepit that we could use. Comfy beds, lots of games and plenty of towels! The owners of the property couldn't have been any nicer and the keyless entry worked well for our visit. We will definitely be back for more fun times on the back deck and at the large dining room table. Thank you for allowing our group to stay here and thinking of every detail to ensure your guests have an awesome stay!

I honestly cannot think of anything that needs improvement! The only part for me that was confusing was the booking.com/evolve/property manager/owner details. That part was very confusing to me, but definitely no fault of the owners!!

It was beautiful and exceptionally clean! Location was perfect for day trips to surrounding cities!
