En general todo bien la habitación, personal y la piscina. Ademas el desayuno era sorprendente bueno. Volvería por el desayuno.

Varios insectos en la habitación. Pero no hacen daño sólo no estamos acostumbrados a la naturaleza.

very spacious size of the room with balcony sofa. Big bathroom with good size of bath tub. Very comfy bed though I found the pillows were too soft. Good variety of breakfast.

The room was not quite sound proof. At 2nd floor, you can hear fountain sound from the swimming pool quite loud, but it's ok. But you can hear whatever outside of the room and the pool downstair too.

​Good hotel with potential for acoustic improvement ​​However, one small drawback is the atmosphere in the dining room: because the space is very echoey, almost all guests end up whispering while eating. A bit of subtle background music would work wonders here to create a more relaxed and pleasant vibe. ​Additionally, noise levels in the hallways can be an issue—I was woken up at 6:30 AM by loud guests. My suggestion to management: installing a sign directly opposite the elevator on every floor asking guests to keep quiet (e.g., featuring a classic "Shh/Quiet" image) would greatly improve the experience.
