Logement parfaitement agencé, calme.Il est très bien situé près des plages, du centre historique et du château. L'amabilité et la gentillesse de Carlos lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons passé 17 jours agréables et reviendrons vers vous pour notre prochain voyage a Barletta.

Rien tout est parfait.

Appartement très propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Carlo a été réactif à toutes mes questions. L'endroit était bien rangé et confortable en plus d'être idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Grand merci également à Savino qui nous a rendu de grands services.

Cependant, il faut noter que la climatisation est située dans le couloir, et n'est pas suffisante pour refroidir toutes les pièces de l'appartement. Heureusement qu'il y a en plus un puissant ventilateur disponible. Autre chose, je conseillerais à notre hôte de retirer de l'annonce : le petit déjeuner compris ! Dire qu'on se réveille chaque matin avec un petit déjeuner continental n'est pas vrai. Nous avons reçu des pains au chocolat pour les 2 premiers jours avec 2 bricks de lait, et c'est tout. Seules les dosettes de café étaient offertes.

Exceptional host and family members who helped us arrive and handle bags up to the third floor (location was clearly noted on advertisement), great introduction, lovely apartment that was clean, quiet, well equipped. Host went out of his way to help us during our stay; and he arranged contact for us to engage car travel back to Rome airport on day of a national train strike. Nearby Supermarket and fruit shop up short local hill. Also,it was only few minutes' walk on level ground to old city and dozens of cafes and restaurants. Property only a few minutes' walk to the beach and two or three bars and coffee place For someone with a car, there seemed to be plenty of onsite parking.

Location didn't seem to be served by buses - maybe it was a seasonal matter - but easy walk to the old town and local services; so, it was not important

From beginning to end Tra mare e castello was a very enjoyable experience and I recommend it highly. Host Carlo and his sister warmly greeted me to hand over keys and give clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. The place was very clean, the bed comfortable with extra bedding if needed (also a crib for families). There were plenty of towels for my 5-day stay, with lots of toiletries, and the shower was good-sized and the bathroom was also very clean. Having a washing machine was wonderful, and there were lots of places to hang laundry inside and out for quick drying (the child safety bar in front of the hallway radiator was great for drying socks and undershirts). I used the kitchen every day for making breakfast and dinner, and it was well stocked with pans, bowls and tableware. The apartment is just across the street from the Aragonese Castle, minutes from Centro Storico, and groceries, restaurants and coffee shops just a few steps away. Take time if you can to visit (and feed) the many cats on Viale Amerigo Vespucci - they were a highlight of my trip.

I admit I had too much luggage. The building has several stairs to the entry, and the apartment is on the third level. And after trekking around town each day on foot (including two trips to the end of the harbor breakwater, and two trips to the train station, both a mile each way), I knew I could end my walks with a cardio workout:) At 71, it was tough at times. But exercise is good, right?
