It was lovely & peaceful surrounded by beautiful open views of the mountains & the resident goats, sheep, horses & hens. The shepherds hut was compact & homely with everything we needed for our 4 night stay & in a great location to explore the island.

We loved everything about Tal y Sarn shepherd’s hut!
It was charming in an idyllic and peaceful setting. Being close to the farm animals, whilst looking at the mountains and listening to birdsong, was so calming and relaxing.
Very thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need and added bonuses of a comprehensive local information folder.
It was comfortable and cosy and our dog loved his enclosed space to do his own thing.
Our host Jaris was lovely. Warm and welcoming, giving us privacy and space but equally available if we needed her. The welcome hamper of beautiful local treats was so lovely and gratefully received.
We will definitely be back.
