We had a lovely 6-night stay at Copal Simple Living. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city centre and everything Chania has to offer. The staff were exceptional — so friendly, approachable and always available to help. They answered all our questions quickly, even changed our pillows to make sure we were comfortable, looked after our bags on our last day and arranged taxis to and from the airport. Communication over WhatsApp was also brilliant with very quick replies. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, including WiFi, TV, hairdryer, fridge and safe. It was slightly small, but this was never an issue as we were out exploring most of the time.

Wonderful central location! We enjoyed every moment! George was very responsive and it was great to interact daily with Lisa who was very sweet and helped us with anything we needed! Highly recommend!
