The house was perfect. There was so many things to do while we was at the house it kept the kids occupied. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything was great, super responsive host and place was great

Great place close to the strip, quiet and relaxing

Overall: Nice house in a decent neighborhood; very nice decor. This could be an excellent property, but it has the overall appearance of being a bit poorly maintained, particularly the back yard. It would be perfect if you are just here as a place to sleep after hitting the casinos, but as a vacation house to hang out at, it's a little bit run down looking. Furniture, baseboards, etc. are all a little dinged up. Overall clean and well stocked. A/C, heat & WiFi work great. We had a few issues when we were there and the property manager (Jennifer) is extremely prompt and responsive. When we arrived, there were two foot tall weeds in the grass area. The decorative rock areas were also full of grass/weeds, and even two weeks after complaining about it, little had been done. By the time we left (4 weeks) it had been much improved. The fencing around the pool is a bit sad looking. Some of the places where it's anchored into the concrete are broken, so the fence leans. There are LOTS of yard lights, but very few of them actually work (probably need new batteries), and some of them are askew. The doors in the wall leading out are badly rusted/discolored. Master Suite has a half-moon window on the east side with no covering, so you get lots of light when the sun comes up. Someone PAINTED the tile and floor of the shower, and the paint is now peeling off the floor. Overall a pretty good property, but not quite as good as the photos on the web site make it appear.
