The house was great for our needs! Main bedroom and bathroom were a great size. Second bedroom was small but suited our needs just fine. My son loved the bunks and the second bathroom was great to have. The kitchen has very up to date appliances, nice cookware, Keurig, toaster and air fryer! Every space is utilized expertly to get the most out of the home and we had room for our XL dog crate. The incredible golf cart is such a nice touch! We couldn’t figure out how to use the outdoor tv, but it wasn’t even an issue enough for us to contact the host :). Also, the location was perfect with the ability to easily walk to a fishing pond, sandy mart and the water park. We love ocean lakes and finding a great home that allows dogs is a huge bonus for us! The host Danielle was absolutly amazing!!!! She was very welcoming and answered any phone calls, texts right away with friendly information. Would gladly rent again!

Very nice

It is a cute camper addition. Space utilization was great. Comfy beds, large main bathroom and bedroom. Washer and dryer were great to have. Hallway bathroom has double doors that open to make the side walls, that was cute and made the bathroom functional. Living room was big enough and couch was super comfy. Cons: Temp was set on 85 when we checked in, so it was hot inside! The golf cart was dead, had to charge it before we could ride (but it was a great addition to the rental). The flooring needs work! Several places were chipped, cracked and peeling and the kitchen floor squeaked so bad when walking on it, I was over it by day 2! The host did say they are planning on replacing it but it was in pretty bad shape during our stay. The small outdoor area was not utilized. There were 6 plastic chairs stacked and pretty dirty, with one missing a leg. TV cabinet top was rotting and hanging, so we were scared to open it. It did have a grill but we did not utilize it.
