This home exceeded our expectations ! There is not one thing missing for your stay. The home itself is just beautifully decorated. There are so many areas to hang out in. The access to the beach is easy. The views from the porches are amazing. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The pool and spa were heated well, so in we were able to use it in cold weather. Three levels with huge family areas for our crew of 19 (23 on Thanksgiving Day). It was perfectly situated between Watersound and Alys Beach. We definitely recommend this place.

What a beautiful house! We had 3 families (16 people total) stay for a week and everyone had plenty of space. The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable we all letting wanting to buy the same mattress. The pool was a perfect ending to our days at the beach. The location of the house was perfect. The ocean is across the street and just a short walk to the beach. Carrying all our beach stuff was no problem! The Big Chill is less than a mile down the road. Kids road their bikes there almost every day. Seaside is 10 minutes one way and Rosemary the other way. We felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle of everything yet close enough. Our families vacation together every year and we have stayed in many ‘big houses on the beach’. This was our first time to 30A and it was by far our favorite vacation to date. We will definitely be back.

We had 6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 5-12 and it was the most perfect location with less than 2 min walk to the beach. The house was clean upon arrival and the communication with property manager was top notch! We had zero issues and loved our stay! We will be back!

Spacious, with spectacular views and all the conveniences of home. Luxurious is the word that comes to mind. Close to the beach, a one minute walk. Extremely well managed. We will definitely be booking another stay here for our next vacation.
