We stayed there with couples to enjoy the jeep trails of Moab. Great accommodations. Would stay there again.

The pool was closed for the season. It was a great location for us, because it is close to our work location.The house was nice for what we needed, but It hadn't been cleaned well and was a little run down. The couch had some stains and there was a little wear and tear I'm sure from it being a rental. There was so much there to use at the lake and to have fun as far as a vacation rental. Really a surprising amount of stuff that would be great and fun. The rooms and bathrooms had great beds and were very nice. Its a little hard to find, but we enjoyed our stay. thank you.

Our stay was not so comfortable for the reason that their beds were not comfortable in two of the bedrooms upstairs, the frame was broken I think , the beds were uneven, one of them even had a stone at the bottom. In the bunk bed the frame was also loose, the ladder to climb was separated from the top, the bed at the top was not made, I had to do it and wash the sheets, also one of the bedrooms downstairs had a very bad smell, we checked it until we found a mousetrap under the bed, the dining table was also uneven and loose. The house has a lot of potential for large families, but I think it needs some improvements with the furniture and dishes of the house.
