We had a great stay during the Tourist Trophy race week and enjoyed our stay in Port Erin very much. The house was spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of linen and towels for everyone. The garage was a big plus, as we arrived with private motorcycles.Also, the property manager was really nice and responsive.However, small details matter and left a bit of a sour taste in everyone's mouth:- There was mildew in the corners of the bathtub. It would be good to re-caulk the first floor bathroom. It doesn't cost a fortune and makes a much better impression.- There was a burnt spatula and a soft one with a burnt rim. It would take maybe 10.- at the local Tesco to replace these items and they would make a way better impression.- The coffee maker had some nasty, dark residue in the water tank. Someone probably poured coffee in there, but it might have been something else. Again, you can only make one first impression...I would have liked to give an all 5-star review, but these issues should not happen for the price we paid. Of course, I don't know what else goes on on the IoM during TT week, so we might have been very lucky. :-)All in all, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Thanks!
