We had the best time celebrating our daughter‘s graduation from Oregon State at your property. The property is all on one level, which was great for my elderly Mom. It was clean and very well appointed. The view is absolutely gorgeous. We congregated outside a lot and did took multiple walks on the beach. Every morning, the seals would welcome us right near the cut and would sunbath there in the afternoon. This is a great property for families and there was a wall of board games/VHS/ disc movies. Our only suggestion would be to add a patio set or maybe heavy plastic Adirondack chairs (since the wind is definitely a concern.) There were some camp chairs in the garage that we used, but that is the only thing that is missing from this house. Thank you so much for sharing it with us as we made a lot of great memories.

The beach view is fantastic. Literally on the sand and uncrowded area. Quite a walk to the ocean. House is comfortable but needs some painting and floor work. Its beachy and that said is comfortable. FYI bedding is 100 percent polyester if that matters to you. I took my own cotton quilts etc. Host was responsive.

The location was great for our family. Loved being able to walk right out into the sand and play on the dunes and logs. Unfortunately there was some easy things this properly owner could do that would have resulted in me giving a much higher rating. First impression the front door has huge black grease or something else smudges that need cleaned. Doors especially the front screen door and bathrooms need some serious WD-40. Master bathroom shower does not drain. All though the kitchen is well stocked things are old broken and just way too many pots and pans that it looks like a rummage sale was hit. The pizza cutter (which we actually wanted to use) is so rusty it is gross. Dishes were not clean and we had to wash everything we used. Sand off the porch had dog crap in it so I had to clean up after some other guests dog. Moral of the story despite all this we really did love the view and beach but some TLC is really needed in this property.
