Charmant studio authentique dans un immeuble du XIXe siècle
Au quatrième étage sans ascenseur grand studio indépendant avec une porte sécurisée. Il dispose d’une cuisine toute équipée, un espace salon avec un lit pour une personne, et un coin nuit avec un lit double confortable pour deux personnes.
Petite entrée avec bureau pour travailler. Salle de bains avec douche et lavabo et WC.
Il est très facile de ranger ses vêtements et toutes ses affaires dans un grand placard.
Chauffage assuré par 3 radiateurs.
Éclairage assuré par les fenêtres double vitrage. Le studio est situé sur cour au quatrième étage, il est très calme mais il est peu lumineux.
Pour se nourrir, explorer, et visiter les environs.
Le studio est situé en plein cœur de Paris à proximité d’une rue commerçante dans laquelle se trouvent tous les commerces : boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, marchands de vins et de fromages, fruits et légumes, etc.
Quartier animé avec ses nombreux petits cafés et ses nombreux petits restaurants.
Le studio est situé à 12 minutes à pied du musée du Louvre, à 15 minutes à pied de Beaubourg, et à côté des magnifiques galeries historiques Vivienne et passage des Panoramas pour aller vers les grands boulevards.
En traversant le quartier et le jardin des Halles on arrive directement au bord de la Seine et on peut prendre le bateau-mouche ou bien visiter la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, en cours de reconstruction.
Tout peut être visité à pied dans un rayon de 20 à 30 minutes.

This was my favorite rental experience of all time—not because it was the most luxurious or the most polished, but because it had an incredible charm. The apartment reminded me of when I lived in France years ago. It felt authentic…real Parisian living: simple, easy to use, and truly comfortable. It had everything I needed, functioned perfectly, and was located in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent metro access that made getting around Paris so easy.What truly made this stay unforgettable was my host, Loredana. She is one of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve ever met in France. Not only did she check in on me and share excellent recommendations for things to do and see, but she also invited me to join her at a museum during the Journées Européennes du Patrimoine. Spending the morning with her, exploring Paris, and practicing my French was an unexpected gift.This wasn’t just a stay in a rental—it was the feeling of being at home and making a new friend. I can’t recommend this apartment and host highly enough, and I would absolutely return.

This is a nice little apartment, but be aware that there is no elevator and you must climb 5 flights of narrow, winding stairs to reach the apartment. So, probably not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. In addition, the bed basically sits on the floor, so again, probably not good for older people. There is also no view, just the other walls of the building. There is no TV if that's important to you (wasn't for me). That being said, the apartment was clean, the A/C worked perfectly, nice good-sized shower, adequate closet space and kitchen area, and the host was wonderful. The neighborhood has a young vibe, so this could be perfect at this price point for younger people. Near the Les Halles area with lots of cafes and shopping. Metro close by.

The room itself was ok but for older people, like my wife and I, it is not so comfortable. There was no indication that there were no elevators (and I understand) but the stairs were not very accesible to us (we are in our 80s) and going up and down so many times was actually painful for my wife. We actually forfited the last night due to this and got a hotel closer to the airport. Also the double bed was not confortable for us. But we did survive.
